All foreign nationals (except those from Nepal, Bhutan, and Maldives) intending to participate in the Meeting must obtain an Indian visa.
Participants can apply for a Conference visa in person or by post at the High Commission/Embassy in the country from which they plan to depart for India. Visa application forms are available at the office of the Indian Embassy in the capital and major cities of the country of residence. All Non-Resident Indians (NRI) and Persons of Indian Origin (PIO), including children who do not possess Overseas Citizen India or a PIO card, need to apply using separate visa forms.

The Visa application and supporting documents mentioned above must be submitted directly to the Embassy/High Commission.
To facilitate the visa application, the meeting organizers can share participant’s details with the Indian immigration authorities. We will be collecting some information from you at the time of registration. Please note that the organizers will only share data to facilitate the visa procedure. It will be the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of his/her visa requirements.
The Organizing Committee is working on obtaining prior and specific approval for attendees from countries with Prior Reference Category (PRC) (Afghanistan, China, Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Sudan, foreigners of Pakistani origin, and Stateless persons).
