Visa application forms are available at the office of the Indian Embassy in the capital and major cities of the country of residence. All Non-Resident Indians (NRI) and Persons of Indian Origin (PIO), including children who do not possess Overseas Citizen India or a PIO card, need to apply using separate visa forms.

We will be collecting some information from you at the time of registration. Please note that the organizers will only share data to facilitate the visa procedure. It will be the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of his/her visa requirements.

The Organizing Committee is working on obtaining prior and specific approval for attendees from countries with Prior Reference Category (PRC) (Afghanistan, China, Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Sudan, foreigners of Pakistani origin, and Stateless persons).
