Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions
- You may book your accommodation for the MPS 2024 General Meeting from September 22, 2024 – September 27, 2024. However, to facilitate the stay of participants interested in the Asian Liberty Forum (pre-conference) and extending their stay, the booking portal is available from September 17, 2024 to September 28, 2024.
- The room rates are on a per room per night basis and non-cumulative.
- The rates are inclusive of all GST as applicable (currently 18%) and buffet breakfast at the designated restaurant.
- Confirm room booking is possible against 100% advance only.
- The rates are exclusive of Airport Transfers, Tips, Laundry, Meals not mentioned, Room Service, Mini Bar, Phone Bills, or any other services not mentioned above.
- The check-in and check-out times are as follows: Andaz – check-in at 14:00 hrs and check-out at 12:00 hrs; JW Marriott – check-in at 15:00 hrs and check-out at 12:00 hrs.
- In case of early arrival, room(s) to be booked from the previous day for immediate occupancy.
- In case of late check-out, full night charges will be applicable and will be subject to availability.
- Maximum 1- 2 guests per room are allowed as per occupancy reserved.
- Additional bed or mattress will be chargeable.
- Rooms will be allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation received before March 31, 2024 – No retention
- Cancellation received between April 1, 2024 to June 15, 2024 – 50% of accommodation charges charged as retention
- Cancellation received from june 16, 2024 onwards till conference dates – 100% of total accommodation charges charged as retention
Administrative Charges:-
- Please note that administrative charges will be applicable to all refund requests
- These charges will be deducted from the refund amount processed.
Note: The refund request has to be made on accommodation@mpsnewdelhi.org and the same will be initiated after 30 days from the date of cancellation request is approved by the Organizing committee.
