Attendees will be divided into groups to join the stations sequentially into 16 groups of eight delegates—twenty-five minutes per workshop and a 5-minute time for rotation as per the table below.
There will be two practical courses (morning and afternoon) with 8 * 8 = 64 attendees twice. The maximum number will be 130 attendees.

Cancellations will be accepted until February 7, 2024 with a refund of all prepaid fees except for a 15% administrative charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Congress.
