We’re delighted to welcome you to the 37th EACTAIC Annual Congress 2022, to be hosted in the beautiful and historic Italian city of Naples!
Considering the difficult two years of the pandemic, we are really happy to see everyone in person, sharing our experiences, learning and participating in social events.
The slogan of EACTAIC 2022 – “Expanding the boundaries” – highlights the evolving role of cardiothoracic and vascular anaesthesia amidst the increasing complexity of cardiovascular diseases. As our specialty continues to become ever more sophisticated, there is a greater need for multidisciplinary collaboration and convergence between cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, and cardiac anaesthesia in building on our shared knowledge base and overlapping skillsets.
EACTAIC 2022 will focus on sharing innovative developments and providing up-to-date clinical and scientific information to help you advance your clinical practice and patient care.

Fees are quoted in euro (EUR), per person, not including LOCAL VAT 22%

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to AIM GROUP INTERNATIONAL.
Cancellations will be accepted until November 15, 2022 with a refund minus 30% administrative charge.
CANCELLATION BEFORE November 15, 2022: 30% OF REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE WITHHELD
CANCELLATION AFTER November 15, 2022: NO REFUND
All approved refunds will be issued 60 days after the congress.
The congress will start on December 14 and close on December 16, 2022.
The pre-registration and on-site registration desks will be open for participants during the following days and times:

The free official EACTAIC APP will be available for iOS and Android to keep you updated about the Congress and the Society.
The certificate can be downloaded from the event APP starting from December 16.
Each registered participant will receive an email during the congress with credentials to access the APP.
The 37th EACTAIC Annual Congress “Expanding Boundaries”, Naples, Italy, 14/12/2022 – 16/12/2022 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 13 ECMEC® credits.
Each medical specialist should claim only the hours of credit actually spent in the educational activity.
Through an agreement with the American Medical Association, EACCME® credits can be converted to AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. More information at:

Live educational activities outside Canada recognized by UEMS-EACCME® are considered Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
The official language of the Meeting is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.
Congress admitted participants are entitled to receive a box lunch free of charge on December 14, 15 and 16, 2022.
The official congress dinner will be held on December 15 at restaurant D'Angelo Santa Caterina, in the heart of the hilltop district Vomero, Naples.
Reserve your place and purchase the ticket in advance to meet Colleagues and Opinion Leaders.
A Digital Poster Area will be available at the venue with electronic stations. Poster discussion will take place on December 14 from 16.00 to 18.00.
Accepted abstracts will be published in a supplement of the Journal of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesia, available for download starting from the first congress day.
Smoking in the Meeting area is not allowed.
Delegates are kindly requested to set mobile phones to silent mode in rooms where scientific sessions are held.
The organizers cannot assume liability for changes due to external circumstances. Check the website or APP for updates.
If the congress cannot be held due to force majeure (riot, fire, flood, strikes, etc.), organizers cannot be held liable for any costs including registration, travel or accommodation.
Organizers cannot accept liability for personal injury or damage/loss of personal property. Please ensure you have valid personal insurance.
