Organized by the Department of Anesthesia and Pain Management of the University of Toronto, Canada, the Autonomous University of Barcelona, and the University of Barcelona, Spain, this multidisciplinary course aims to promote the use, understanding and research with 3D Transesophageal Echocardiography in the perioperative setting.

This course aims to provide a comprehensive review on the acquisition, optimization, and interpretation of 3D transesophageal echocardiographic images. Participants will gain knowledge on the practical applications of 3D transesophageal echocardiography that will allow them to immediately apply this innovative tool into clinical practice and improve perioperative patient management.
