The conference will address gender differences in communication, training in cardioanesthesia, gender differences in outcomes concerning cardiology and cardiac surgery, and the results of a nationwide Austrian survey which asked female anesthetists about their wishes for a successful and contented professional life.
The conference will take place on 21 and 22 June 2024 in Salzburg.
