Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to IA Services GmBH. Cancellations will be accepted until May 15, 2025 with a refund of all prepaid fees except for a 15% administration charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Congress.
